ARTWORK: Artwork will be billed at $75 per hour. All screens, film, and vector art will remain the property of Raw Talent. Original artwork will be returned to the customer upon request.

ARTWORK SUBMISSION SPECS: Artwork must be submitted in one of these formats: 1) High Resolution (300 dpi) layered Photoshop Document (.psd) at actual print size. 2) Vector file (.eps or .ai) in which all text is converted to outline. 3) If print is strictly one color, a high resolution JPEG at actual print size will be accepted.

ART APPROVAL: All new artwork or copy changes are approved via email.

SAMPLES: Spec samples are $100 per color. Production Samples are $40 per color.

COMPUTER COMPATIBILITY: Raw Talent Inc. is MAC/PC compatible (Photoshop CS3, Adobe Illustrator CS3. We accept email, CD-ROM/DVD-ROM. Please include file and color hard copy of art with disk. Text fonts must be included on disk with artwork.

CUSTOMER SEPARATIONS: Process separations supplied by the customer will not be accepted. Raw Talent Inc. separations are created specifically for garments and other products printed in our production facility. Please let us prepare your separations. Spot color halftones should also be done by us to account for proper dot gain. Separations are $350.00.

RESIZE: Spot color resizing will be charged at the normal setup per color.

STANDARD GARMENT IMPRINT SIZES (W X H): Unless indicated otherwise in writing on your purchase order, we will use best judgment to determine final size. We will NOT assume that image size on disk is correct.

PRINTING ON YOUTH & ADULT GARMENTS: Some designs to be printed on both adult and youth sized garments will require (2) sets of screens and setup charges will apply for each set of screens. Imprint pricing will be based on quantity of each design size, not the combination of adult & youth sizes. However, an imprint size can be determined to fit on both adult and youth sizes to avoid such charges.

SUBCONTRACTING: Raw Talent Inc. reserves the right to utilize subcontractors without notice.

QUANTITY PRICING: Based on the quantity of each item. Adult and youth size imprints can not be combined unless the same size imprint is used. In most cases, the same imprint on different items can not be combined (ie: chest print on T-shirts and polo’s). Please call for detail.

PRINTING ON ZIPPER PALLETS: Although Raw Talent Inc. has the latest equipment necessary for printing on zippered garments; the company must advise its clients that the process is not as consistent as printing on tee shirts. Some inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage. Raw Talent will not be responsible for these inconsistencies on zippered garments.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made before mockup approval will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No cancellations will be accepted for approved orders.

APPAREL PRODUCTION TIME: Orders are scheduled on a first come first serve basis, unless guaranteed service is utilized. Ideal production time is 7-15 business days. Start Date is based upon the receipt of your approved order and approved mock up. Orders over 2500 units may require more time. Finishing services and specialty decoration will add 3-5 days to production time. "Must have" dates can only be guaranteed when utilizing the guaranteed service. Specialty and Jumbo printing are high demand services and are first come first serve in production. Specialty and jumbo printing can extend turnaround time. There is no guaranteed service for specialty and jumbo printing.

MUST-HAVE DATES: Although Raw Talent strives to produce every order as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to meet its client’s must-have dates, there is no guarantee. It is highly recommended that if an order is time sensitive, that clients utilize the Raw Talent rush service. Raw Talent will NOT be responsible for expedited shipping charges associated with must-have dates.

The turnaround is production time only and is subject to garment availability. Order begins upon approved artwork. There is no guaranteed service on specialty prints or private labels. The guaranteed service is offered only to standard screen print orders.

SPECIALTY PRINTING: There is no rush on specialty printing. There is no mixing of specialty methods with orders under 288 pieces.

CUT AND SEW: There is a 4800 piece minimum per style/color.

WASHING AND DYING: There is a 288 piece minimum per style/color.

GRINDING: 288 piece minimum.

COLOR CHANGES: Changes in ink colors are only allowed for every 24 pieces.

JUMBO PRINTING: There is a 72 piece minimum on jumbo printing. There is a maximum of 3 colors per design with orders under 288 pieces. No specialty printing method is allowed, except discharge with orders under 288 pieces.

PRIVATE LABELS: There is no rush on private labeling. Full label removal only; no partial label removal. There is a 72 piece minimum on printed tagless labels.

OVER AND UNDER RUNS: Allow 5% for over or under runs.

SPOILAGE (WEARABLES): We will not be responsible for spoilage up to 2% for orders over 144 units or 5% for orders less than 144 units on contracted goods. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to order more garments than needed for each size.

PACKAGING (WEARABLES): prices include printers bulk dozen fold. T-shirts are packed 72/case, Sweatshirts 36/case, Caps 144/case, Tote Bags 72/case.

SHIPPING: F.O.B. Georgia. UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Changes must be made in writing 24 hours before shipping. There will be a $15 surcharge for “day-of’’ address changes.
Drop Shipments will incur a $5 charge.
Split Shipments will be incur a charge of $10 per location.

RETURNED CHECK: There is a $30.00 returned check fee.

UNPAID INVOICES: Shall an invoice remain delinquent for 90 days we will immediately seek judicial action. There will be a 50% penalty accessed to the unpaid balance along with accrued interest, court fees, and lawyer fees when the claim is filed.

DISCLAIMER: Raw Talent cannot guarantee variances in size/shade/construction of garments and merchandise. Raw Talent reserves the right to change pricing without notice.

REFUNDS AND RERUNS: Any standard order will be granted a Rerun should the order be deemed defective by the Raw Talent Inc. Quality Control Board. Refunds will only be granted on Guaranteed Service orders should the date be missed and the goods are no longer desired by the client. Refunds will not be granted on standard custom orders.

CLAIMS & RETURNS: Claims must be made within 72 hours from receipt of merchandise. Please email qualitycontrol@rawtalentinc.com immediately to make all necessary arrangements.
